Malco D4AST 4 in. Single Bearing Damper with Attached Handle

Product Description

The Malco D4AST is a four-inch single bearing damper with an attached handle. This product includes quarter-inch bearings that facilitate the creation of bearing holes in round ducts using a scratch awl. To install, squeeze the pipe to create an oval shape, insert the damper into the pre-punched bearing holes, and then release the pipe to allow it to revert to its round shape. The damper can be secured using the provided wing nuts. Adjustment of the damper can be made with a screwdriver or an optional damper handle. This damper is available with or without the handle.
