Product Description

The Malco CD5514 is a braze-on self-piercing copper saddle valve designed for 1/4 in. outside diameter copper tubing used in HVAC/R service applications. The saddle is brazed onto the line, then a steel pin with a valve core pierces the tubing and is locked in place by tightening the cap, allowing access to a charged refrigerant line without removing the charge. Listed weight is approximately 0.29 lbs.
