The M.A. FORD. 79031203 is a single-end, 6-flute countersink designed for chamfering, countersinking, and deburring operations in a wide range of materials. Built from high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it features a 90-degree included angle and a 45-degree centerline angle. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 1/4 inch in diameter, and the tool has an overall length of 2 inches. The tip nose diameter is 0.080 inches and the head diameter is 5/16 inches. No pilot is included. This tool is suited for machine shop, fabrication, and maintenance environments where consistent countersink geometry is required.
