Built with a straight cylindrical shank measuring 3/16 inches in diameter and an overall length of 1.5 inches, this tool offers a compact profile suited for tight clearance drilling setups. The 82-degree included angle is the standard for flathead fastener seating in aerospace and general metalworking applications. The bright uncoated finish provides a clean, consistent surface without added coating thickness, which is preferred when dimensional precision at the cutting edge matters most. No pilot is included, and the tool features a single-end configuration with a 0.045-inch tip diameter.
