The M.A. FORD 30202800C is a solid carbide micro drill bit designed for precision drilling in demanding metalworking applications. Built to Series 302 specifications, this wire gauge size 70 bit measures 0.0280 inches in diameter with a 130-degree drill point angle and a fast spiral flute geometry. The ALtima coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in abrasive materials. Overall length is 1.5 inches with a flute length of 0.25 inches. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 1/8 inch in diameter, providing consistent chuck retention. Right-hand cutting direction makes this bit compatible with standard drill presses, CNC machining centers, and precision hand tools used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals.

Always power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling.
