Manufactured from solid carbide for rigidity and wear resistance, this bit carries a wire gauge size of 87, equal to 0.0100 inches (0.25 mm) in decimal diameter. The 130-degree split point geometry promotes accurate entry and reduces walking on hard substrates. Overall length is 1.5 inches, with a flute length of 0.150 inches and a fast spiral with a 35-degree helix angle to clear chips efficiently from small-diameter bores. The shank diameter is 0.125 inches (1/8 inch), compatible with standard precision drill chucks and CNC drill spindles.
