The M.A. FORD 20415900 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit sized at No. 21 wire gauge (0.1590 inches decimal equivalent) with a 118-degree faceted point angle. It is designed for general-purpose drilling in demanding materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. The bit features a regular spiral flute, a web-thinned and tapered web configuration for improved chip evacuation, and a bright uncoated finish. With an overall length of 2.5 inches and a flute length of 1.375 inches, it fits standard drill chucks via its straight-cylindrical shank. Licensed tradespeople and machinists install this bit in production and maintenance drilling applications.
