The M.A. FORD. 20071880 is a solid carbide, straight-flute die drill bit designed for precision holemaking in demanding industrial and toolroom applications. With a 23/32-inch (0.7188-inch) cutting diameter and a 135-degree split point, this bit enters material quickly and accurately with minimal walking. The web-thinned geometry reduces thrust and improves chip evacuation. At 4 inches overall length with a 1.5-inch flute and 2.5-inch shank, the 20071880 is built for controlled, repeatable drilling in die and mold work as well as production environments.
