The M.A. FORD. 11609370R.015 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding material applications. It features a 0.0937-inch diameter cutting face, a 0.015-inch corner radius, and 3 right-hand spiral flutes with a medium helix angle. The single-end, centercutting design allows plunge entry as well as peripheral and end milling. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 1/8-inch straight cylindrical shank, this tool fits standard toolholders used in CNC machining centers and manual mills. It is suited for both roughing and finishing passes across a broad range of workpiece materials.

This end mill is built for machinists and tool-and-die professionals working in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its regular-length flute geometry and 9/32-inch length of cut make it well-matched to shallow-to-medium-depth slotting, profiling, and contouring operations. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by qualified machinists following standard toolholder torque and runout procedures for the machine in use. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe, locked-out state before changing or seating this end mill. Verify shank seating depth and runout with a dial indicator prior to cutting. Confirm cutting direction is set to right-hand rotation to match the flute geometry of this tool.
