The M.A. FORD. 11103120 is a square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 1/32 inch (0.0313 inch) cutting diameter and a 4-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle, providing efficient chip evacuation and a smooth finish. Constructed from solid carbide micrograin material, this end mill delivers the hardness and wear resistance required for demanding cuts. The uncoated, right-hand cut and right-hand flute configuration is standard for conventional milling setups. Centercutting capability allows it to plunge directly into workpiece material. It is sold individually and is a regular-length tool suitable for close-tolerance work.
This end mill is suited for use in CNC machining centers, manual mills, and precision toolrooms. Its small diameter makes it well matched for fine detail work, slot milling, and contouring in materials including steel, cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous alloys, and high-temperature alloys, corresponding to material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. The 1/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank fits standard collets and tool holders in that bore size. The tool is appropriate for shops requiring tight tolerances, as the mill diameter tolerance is held to +0.000 / -0.002 inches.

Installation is performed by a machinist or toolroom technician. The machine spindle must be fully stopped and the tool holder secured before inserting or removing the end mill. Ensure the collet or holder bore matches the 1/8 inch shank diameter to maintain runout tolerances. Do not exceed the manufacturer-recommended feeds and speeds for the workpiece material being machined.
