The LYNN ELECTRONICS D-L2L2-4R2-030M is an LC to LC duplex multimode fiber optic patch cable built on 50-micron OM4-grade fiber. At 30 meters in length, this cable supports high-bandwidth data transmission in structured cabling environments. OM4 fiber is rated for 10 Gigabit, 40 Gigabit, and 100 Gigabit Ethernet applications over appropriate distances. The duplex configuration provides simultaneous bidirectional signal paths through two fiber strands. Network technicians, low-voltage contractors, and data center installers use this cable to connect active equipment such as switches, transceivers, and patch panels.
This patch cable is suited for use in commercial and enterprise environments including data centers, server rooms, telecommunications closets, and campus backbone runs. The LC connector format is standard on most modern SFP and SFP+ transceivers, making this cable a common choice for switch-to-switch, switch-to-server, and equipment-to-patch-panel connections. The 30-meter reach accommodates longer intra-facility runs where shorter cables fall short.
Designed as a standard OM4 duplex LC to LC multimode patch cable for use with equipment that accepts LC-type fiber connectors and 50-micron multimode fiber.
Installation is performed by low-voltage technicians or network cabling professionals. Before connecting or disconnecting fiber patch cables, power down or disable the optical transceiver port when possible to avoid exposure to laser light. Keep dust caps in place on unused connectors, and inspect ferrule end-faces for contamination before mating. Follow TIA-568 and applicable local structured cabling standards for routing, bend radius, and labeling.
