The LOVEJOY 68514435600 is a flexible two-piece sleeve insert designed for use in jaw-type flexible couplings. Manufactured from Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), this sleeve element fits between the jaws of mating coupling hubs to transmit torque while absorbing shock, vibration, and minor misalignment. It carries a rated torque capacity of 450 inch-pounds and fits a minimum bore diameter of 0.625 inches. The outside diameter measures 3.75 inches with an overall length of 1.88 inches. This part belongs to the LOVEJOY JE Series and is installed by millwrights, industrial maintenance technicians, and mechanical contractors working on rotating equipment.
This sleeve is suited for pump, compressor, conveyor, and general industrial drive applications where a resilient coupling element is required. Inspect hub jaws for wear or damage before installing a new sleeve element.
