Product Description

Loctite 237116 is a two-part E-30 CL epoxy structural adhesive supplied in a 50 mL dual cartridge. It bonds glass, fiber, ceramic, metal and many rigid plastics for potting, bonding, staking and laminating applications, cures at room temperature with a typical 24 hour cure, and offers high hardness and tensile strength with low VOC content.

• High mechanical strength: Shore D hardness 80–90 and tensile strength ~8000 psi; elongation at break 8%
• 50 mL dual cartridge with 100:46 mix ratio (by weight) and part viscosities of ~10500 mPa·s (resin) and 2250 mPa·s (hardener)
• Room temperature cure (~77°F) with gel time 90–150 minutes, dielectric strength 20 kV/mm, VOCs <10 g/L
