The LOCTITE 237113 is a two-part epoxy adhesive packaged in a 50 mL dual-cartridge format, designed for structural bonding applications in commercial and industrial environments. This E-60NC series formulation mixes at a 1:1 ratio and delivers a working time of 60 minutes, giving installers and technicians adequate open time to position assemblies before cure sets in. Full cure is reached in 4 to 12 hours depending on ambient conditions. The adhesive cures to a black color and achieves a shear strength of 3,110 psi, making it suitable for load-bearing bonds. It carries CFIA approval for use in food-processing-adjacent applications.
This epoxy is suited for maintenance, repair, and fabrication work across HVAC, mechanical, and general trade applications where a reliable, high-strength structural bond is needed. The 50 mL cartridge size is practical for field service and bench repair work. The cartridge format is compatible with standard dual-cartridge dispensing guns, enabling consistent 1:1 mix ratios without manual measuring. Bonds to cardboard and other porous substrates as noted in product specifications. The CFIA-approved rating makes it appropriate in environments where food-safety compliance is a consideration.
Bonds to cardboard as specified by the manufacturer. Designed as a general-purpose structural epoxy adhesive; verify substrate compatibility with the E-60NC series data sheet before use on metals, plastics, or composites not listed in product specifications.
This adhesive is applied by licensed technicians or trained tradespeople using a standard dual-cartridge dispensing gun. Ensure substrates are clean, dry, and free of oil or loose material before application. Do not mix components outside the cartridge tip, and replace the mixing nozzle if dispensing is interrupted for more than a few minutes. Work in adequately ventilated areas and follow all applicable safety data sheet guidance for personal protective equipment.
