The LOC-LINE 51832 is a 90-degree spray coolant hose nozzle kit made from acetal copolymer, designed for use with the Loc-Line Modular Hose System. Each kit includes four pieces: three spray bar nozzles in 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 inch sizes, plus one additional nozzle component. The kit fits 1/2-inch inside diameter Loc-Line hose assemblies and handles pressures up to 30 psi at temperatures up to 170 degrees F. Machinists, toolroom techs, and CNC operators install these nozzles to direct cutting fluid precisely at the tool-workpiece interface, improving chip evacuation and extending cutting tool life.
