The damper includes a fusible link rated at one hundred sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit. The blades are made from twenty-two-gauge galvanized steel, covered with ceramic fiberglass. The frame is constructed using roll-formed twenty-two-gauge galvanized steel, enhancing its durability. Additionally, the outer box of the plenum is crafted from twenty-six-gauge galvanized steel, while the collar is roll-formed from twenty-six-gauge galvanized steel with a roll-formed quarter-inch beading.
