The LIFT-ALL EN2803DX6 is a Type 5 endless polyester web sling designed for overhead lifting in rigging applications. Constructed with two plies of polyester webbing, it delivers a vertical load capacity of 16,300 pounds (8.15 tons) and a choker capacity of 13,000 pounds. The sling measures 3 inches wide and 6 feet in overall length. Its yellow color provides easy visual identification on the job site, and the abrasion-resistant construction helps extend service life in demanding work environments. Rigging crews, millwrights, and crane operators rely on this style of sling for routine and repetitive lift cycles.
This endless sling is suited for use in manufacturing facilities, steel service centers, fabrication shops, construction sites, and warehouses where flat or choker hitches are required. The continuous loop design eliminates hardware at the connection points, making it a practical choice for load securement around smooth or finished surfaces. It handles a rated maximum temperature of 200 degrees F, keeping it functional in warm industrial environments without degradation of the polyester fibers.
Designed as a standard endless web sling for use with hooks, shackles, and lifting equipment that accept flat polyester slings in rigging and material handling applications.
Rigging must be performed by a qualified person in accordance with OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and WSTDA standards. Inspect the sling for cuts, fraying, discoloration, or distortion before each use and remove from service if damage is found. Never exceed the rated load capacity for the intended hitch type, and ensure the load is balanced and secured before initiating any lift.
