The LIFT-ALL EE2803NTX10 is a two-ply nylon web sling in a twisted eye-and-eye configuration, classified as Type 4 under ASME B30.9. Measuring 3 inches wide and 10 feet in length with 11-inch eye loops at each end, this single-leg sling is rated at 8,800 pounds vertical, 7,040 pounds in choker configuration, and 17,600 pounds in a basket hitch. The yellow nylon web construction provides abrasion resistance and is approved for use in environments up to 200 degrees F. Rigging crews and crane operators rely on this style of sling for general industrial lifting where a soft, non-marring contact surface is required.
This sling is suited for single-leg overhead lifting applications in manufacturing, construction, and warehouse environments. The twisted eye design allows the eye to seat naturally in a hook without requiring additional hardware manipulation. With a 10-foot working length and 120-inch leg measurement, it is appropriate for medium-span loads where clearance between the hook and load matters. The two-ply nylon web provides even load distribution across the contact surface, reducing the risk of edge damage to finished or machined components.
Designed as an OEM-style single-leg nylon web sling for general industrial rigging applications requiring a twisted eye-and-eye configuration per ASME B30.9 and OSHA 1910.184 compliance.
Inspection and use of web slings must be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Before each lift, inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, discoloration, distortion of the eye, or loss of ply integrity and remove from service if any defect is found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and ensure the sling is not in contact with sharp edges without appropriate edge protection. Store slings away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and chemical exposure when not in use.
