The LIFT-ALL EE2802TFX7 is a Type 3 flat eye-and-eye polyester web sling designed for overhead lifting in rigging applications. Constructed with two plies of polyester webbing, this sling measures 2 inches wide and 7 feet long. It carries a vertical rated capacity of 6,400 pounds (3.20 tons) and a choker capacity of 5,000 pounds. The flat eye configuration on both ends allows direct connection to hooks, shackles, and lifting hardware without the need for additional fittings. Rated for use up to 200 degrees F, it is built for abrasion resistance and complies with OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and WSTDA standards. Licensed riggers, millwrights, and rigging crews are the primary installers.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical and choker hitches in industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments where synthetic web slings are preferred over wire rope or chain. Polyester construction resists common shop chemicals and minimizes load surface damage compared to metal slings. The flat eye ends seat cleanly in standard rigging hardware, making this a practical choice for repetitive pick-and-place operations, machinery moving, and structural steel placement. It is a single-leg sling and should not be used in multi-leg configurations unless additional components are rated accordingly.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use synthetic web sling for single-leg overhead lifting setups requiring a 2-inch wide flat eye-and-eye configuration rated at 6,400 pounds vertical capacity.
Overhead rigging must be performed by qualified riggers in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, heat damage, chemical exposure, and distorted eyes before each lift. Never exceed the rated capacity for the intended hitch type, and do not use this sling at angles that reduce the working load limit below the load weight. Remove the sling from service immediately if any wear, damage, or deformation is observed.
