The LIFT-ALL EE1801DTX12 is a single-leg polyester eye-and-eye lifting sling with twisted eyes at both ends, designed for overhead lifting applications in rigging and material handling operations. The sling measures 1 inch wide and 12 feet long, with a vertical rated capacity of 1,600 pounds and a choker rated capacity of 1,280 pounds. Constructed from polyester webbing with an abrasion-resistant finish, this sling is suited for use in environments where surface contact and wear are everyday concerns. Installation is performed by qualified riggers following OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and WSTDA standards.
This sling is used in single-leg vertical and choker hitch configurations for general industrial lifting. The twisted eye design allows the hook or shackle to seat correctly when configured in a choker hitch, reducing slippage at the connection point. Typical applications include warehouse rigging, fabrication shops, construction sites, and equipment staging. The high-visibility yellow color aids in pre-use inspection and sling identification in busy work areas. A maximum working temperature of 200 degrees F applies, making it appropriate for standard indoor and outdoor environments where heat exposure remains within that limit.
Designed as a standard single-leg polyester web sling for use with hooks, shackles, and rigging hardware rated to match or exceed the sling capacity. Suitable for vertical and choker hitch configurations in general overhead lifting applications.
Installation and rigging must be performed by a qualified rigger in compliance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Before each use, inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, chemical damage, or heat exposure that could reduce rated capacity. Do not exceed the rated load for the hitch configuration in use, and never use a damaged or overloaded sling. Load must be de-energized and secured before attaching or detaching the sling from the lift point.
