Leviton R52-00PJ2-00W 2-toggle Midway Wallplate

Product Description

The LEVITON R52-00PJ2-00W is a two-toggle midway-size wallplate finished in white and constructed from nylon. It mounts over standard toggle switch gang boxes to provide a clean, finished appearance on the wall surface. The midway footprint is slightly larger than a standard wallplate, making it a practical choice when installers need extra coverage to conceal minor wall surface imperfections around a box opening. Electricians and finish tradespeople install this plate as a final trim step after device rough-in and wiring are complete. Its nylon construction resists cracking and discoloration under normal residential and light commercial use.

This wallplate fits two-gang toggle switch installations in residential and light commercial settings. It is suited for living areas, hallways, bedrooms, and any interior space where a traditional white finish is specified. The midway size works well in retrofit situations where an oversized cutout or wall damage makes standard-size coverage insufficient. It installs with a single screw per gang and requires no special tools beyond a screwdriver.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed electrician or qualified finish tradesperson. Turn off power at the breaker before handling any wiring or devices behind the plate. Align the plate over the device and gang box, then secure with the provided mounting screw - do not overtighten, as excess torque can crack the plate. Verify the plate lies flush against the wall surface before finalizing the installation.
