Built from heavy-duty nylon, it features an internal shutter mechanism that blocks contact access unless a two-prong plug is inserted simultaneously in both slots, preventing foreign object insertion. The large-head terminal screw accepts up to No. 10 copper wire, and triple wire power contacts deliver maximum conductivity and plug retention.
