The LEVITON MFG CO R12-L5613-2LW is an illuminated 3-way Decora rocker switch rated for 15 amps at 277 volts. It is designed for residential and light commercial wiring applications where a single load must be controlled from two locations. The switch supports LED, CFL, and incandescent lamp types without requiring a neutral wire, making it compatible with a broad range of lighting circuits. Dual wiring methods — Quickwire push-in terminals and side-screw terminals — allow the installer to choose the fastest approach for the job at hand. Licensed electricians and qualified electrical contractors are the typical installers.
