The Leviton 41652 QuickPort floor jack assembly is a single-gang, floor-mount blank x blank jack assembly designed for copper cabling infrastructure. The assembly includes a wallplate, insert, blank modules and a flush-fitting screw cap and provides two ports. Brass construction with a satin finish accepts QuickPort snap-in modules, conforms to UL, CSA, TIA/EIA-568-B, FCC Part 68 and NEC Article 800 standards, and measures 4.5 x 2.75 x 1.66 inches.
