Leviton 40833-BIR is a QuickPort binding post adapter that provides a QuickPort-compatible binding post coupler for speaker wire and audio connectivity. The module fits QuickPort housings and wallplates for surface or flush mounting and includes a screw terminal that accepts 18 to 12 AWG wire. It supports binding post and banana jack connections, carries QuickPort product line identification, and is constructed of high-impact plastic with flame rating V-0 per UL94.
