The LENOX 82363D2B62030 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for continuous-loop use on stationary bandsaws. Measuring 80 inches in length and 0.25 inches wide with a 0.025 inch back thickness, this blade features a variable 10 to 14 TPI tooth pattern and Vari-Raker tooth set that improves chip clearance and reduces vibration during cuts. The teeth are tipped in M42 high speed steel, a cobalt-enhanced grade that holds an edge longer than standard M2 HSS on abrasive or hardened materials. The spring steel back provides flex resistance through the blade guides. This blade is sold individually and is suited for metal fabrication shops, HVAC contractors, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians who cut a range of metals on a regular basis.
The 82363D2B62030 is designed for contour cutting applications across a broad material range. It handles alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch tooth form reduces harmonic vibration on thin-wall tubing, structural shapes, and solid bar stock, making it a practical choice for job shops and service technicians who switch frequently between material types without swapping blades.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit welded bandsaw blade for stationary bandsaws accepting a 80 inch continuous loop blade with a 0.25 inch width.
Bandsaw blade replacement should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with machine guarding and blade tensioning procedures. Disconnect and lock out electrical power to the bandsaw before opening blade guards or removing the existing blade. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling coiled or uncoiled bandsaw blades. Set blade tension and guide clearances per the bandsaw manufacturer specifications before resuming operation.
