The LENOX 82141D2B144445 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for continuous contour cutting across a wide range of materials. The blade runs 14 feet 7 inches in length and 0.5 inches wide, with a 0.035-inch thickness and a 10 TPI constant pitch configuration. The cutting teeth are M42 high speed steel, brazed to a spring steel back for fatigue resistance during extended production runs. A single level tooth set and straight tooth form deliver consistent kerf geometry on each pass. This blade is installed by machinists, fabricators, and maintenance technicians operating vertical or horizontal bandsaws in metal fabrication, woodworking, and general manufacturing environments.
This blade is suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, other non-ferrous metals, and wood. The 10 TPI pitch and M42 tooth material make it a practical choice for shops that cut a variety of stock profiles without swapping blades between jobs. The welded construction eliminates a mechanical joint, reducing the risk of blade separation during operation. It is packaged and sold as a single blade.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit blade for bandsaws accepting a 14 feet 7 inch, 0.5-inch-wide blade with standard pitch pattern configuration.
Bandsaw blade changes should be performed by a qualified technician with the machine fully powered down and locked out per OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Confirm wheel diameter, blade guide spacing, and tensioner range on the host saw before mounting to ensure proper fit and tracking. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling and coiling the blade. Do not exceed the blade speed rating of the host machine for the material being cut.
