The LENOX 80058D2B72360 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade built for continuous cutting on metal-cutting bandsaws in trade and industrial environments. It measures 93 inches long and 3/8 inch wide with a 0.025-inch blade thickness. The variable pitch tooth form runs 10 to 14 TPI, reducing vibration and harmonic chatter during the cut. The cutting edge combines high speed steel M42-grade teeth friction-welded to a spring steel back, giving the blade both edge retention and flex fatigue resistance. Licensed metalworking shops, fabricators, and HVAC sheet metal trades are the primary installers of this blade type.
