The LENOX 80002D2B72360 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for contour cutting on a wide range of materials in shop and industrial environments. The blade measures 93 inches in length and 1/4 inch in width, with a 0.025 inch back thickness and a 0.043 inch kerf width. It runs a variable 10 to 14 TPI pitch using a Vari-Raker tooth set, which helps reduce vibration and harmonic noise during cuts. The M42 high-speed steel tooth tips are bonded to a spring steel back, combining edge retention with blade flexibility. Licensed HVAC, metalworking, and fabrication technicians working with metal cutting bandsaws are the primary installers of this blade.
This blade is suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and wood. The variable pitch tooth form supports contour cutting applications where consistent chip load and smooth finish are required. It is part of the LENOX Classic series and is packaged as a single pre-welded loop ready for immediate installation on compatible bandsaw machines.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or aftermarket bandsaw blade for horizontal and vertical bandsaw machines that accept a 93 inch by 1/4 inch blade loop.
Bandsaw blade replacement should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with the specific machine model. Disconnect and lock out power to the bandsaw before removing the old blade or installing the new one. Verify blade tension and wheel tracking per the machine manufacturer specifications before resuming cuts. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade loop.
