The LENOX 62125 is a steel saw blade alignment gage designed to help technicians and tradespeople accurately check and set blade position on band saws, table saws, and similar cutting equipment. Constructed from solid steel, this gage measures 7.5 inches in length, 2 inches in width, and 0.5 inches in thickness, giving it a rigid, stable profile during use. Weighing 0.5 pounds, it is a compact hand tool suited for shop floor use. Blade alignment directly affects cut quality and blade life, making a reliable gage an essential part of any saw maintenance routine.
The LENOX 62125 is used in maintenance, fabrication, and service shop environments where band saws, vertical saws, or similar blade-equipped cutting machines require periodic alignment checks or setup adjustments. It is appropriate for industrial maintenance technicians, HVAC sheet metal fabricators, plumbing shops, and general trade shops that run production cutting equipment. The gage is sold individually and is suitable for both scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting blade tracking issues.
Designed as a general-purpose saw blade alignment gage compatible with band saws and other cutting equipment requiring blade-to-table or blade-to-fence alignment verification.
Blade alignment work should be performed by a qualified technician with the saw fully powered down and the blade at a complete stop before any gage contact. Disconnect power at the machine disconnect or lockout the circuit per OSHA lockout/tagout procedures before reaching into the saw cabinet. Use the gage as a reference surface against the blade and fence or table surface — do not force the gage against a tensioned blade. Reinstall all blade guards and covers before returning the saw to service.
