The LAVELLE INDUSTRIES INC 2017BP is a universal 2-inch adjustable toilet flapper engineered for long-term performance in demanding water conditions. Manufactured from a proprietary Chlorazone II rubber compound, this flapper is rated to last twice as long as standard flappers. It resists chlorine, bacteria, city water treatment chemicals, hard water, and well water. Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified maintenance technician. Shut off the toilet supply valve and flush to drain the tank before removing the old flapper. Disconnect the existing chain and lift off the worn flapper from the overflow tube ears. Snap the 2017BP onto the overflow tube, attach the stainless steel chain to the flush handle arm with minimal slack, and select the appropriate adjustment setting before restoring water supply. Follow all applicable IPC and local plumbing code requirements for fixture repair.
