The KYOCERA THN07722 is an indexable high-feed end mill designed for aggressive material removal in CNC machining applications. It accepts 3 LOGU 030310ER-GM inserts held by screw-lock retention and features a 3/4 inch Weldon shank for positive drive in standard Weldon-style holders. The through-coolant design delivers cutting fluid directly to the insert tips, supporting longer tool life and chip evacuation in demanding cuts. With a maximum depth of cut of 0.039 inches per pass, this tool is optimized for high-feed-rate strategies rather than deep single-pass profiling. Overall length is 4.07 inches with a head length of 2 inches.
The THN07722 is suited for facing, shouldering, slotting, plunging, and ramping operations on CNC mills and machining centers. Its 1.20-degree maximum ramping angle supports controlled helical and linear ramp entry into workpiece material.
