Part of the Series 43MR, it features a 12 mm cutting diameter, a 2.50 mm (0.0984 inch) corner radius, and three right-hand helical flutes with a 38-degree high helix angle. The tool is finished with a TiB2 (Ti-NAMITE-B) coating, which reduces friction and improves tool life in aluminum, copper, brass, and similar non-ferrous workpiece materials. With a 48 mm length of cut and 100 mm overall length, this extra-long single-end mill is suited for deeper cavity and peripheral milling operations run by CNC machinists and toolroom professionals.

This end mill is intended for roughing operations on non-ferrous metals, identified by material application code N. The straight-cylindrical shank with h6 tolerance mounts directly into standard end mill holders for secure, concentric clamping. The coarse pitch and high-helix geometry promote aggressive chip evacuation in gummy or sticky materials. It is a single-end, non-center-cutting tool, so plunge entry is not recommended.
