The KLEIN TOOLS 32293 is a 2-in-1 insulated flip blade screwdriver designed for electricians and other trade professionals working on energized or potentially energized systems. One handle houses two interchangeable blades: a No. 2 Phillips tip and a 1/4-inch slotted tip. The blades flip and lock, keeping the unused tip protected and the tool compact. The slim tip profile is engineered to seat properly in tight terminal blocks where standard screwdriver tips cannot reach. The handle and blade insulation are 1000-volt tested and certified, meeting or exceeding ASTM F1505 standards for insulated hand tools.
This screwdriver is suited for electrical panel work, control cabinet wiring, and terminal block connections in residential and commercial applications. The dual-blade design reduces the need to carry and swap between separate tools during close-quarters wiring tasks. Licensed electricians and instrumentation technicians will find the slim tip particularly useful when working inside densely populated terminal strips or DIN-rail-mounted blocks where clearance is limited.
Designed as a general-purpose insulated screwdriver for use with standard Phillips and slotted fasteners encountered in electrical panel, terminal block, and control wiring applications.
This tool is intended for use by qualified electricians following applicable NFPA 70E and NEC safe work practices. Even with 1000-volt rated insulation, always verify the tool is undamaged and free of cracks or contamination before working near energized conductors. Confirm the blade is fully locked in position before applying torque. Do not use as a pry bar or punch, as mechanical abuse can compromise the insulating jacket.
