The KLEENGUARD 49123 is a disposable coverall designed for particle protection in industrial and maintenance environments. Part of the KleenGuard A20 series, it is constructed from SMMMS Microforce Barrier fabric, a breathable SMS-family material that blocks dirt, grime, and dust while allowing moisture vapor to escape. The Reflex design provides a generous cut for freedom of movement during active tasks. A front zipper closure, serged seams, elastic cuffs, and elastic ankle closures keep the garment secure and minimize particle ingress. Each case contains 24 coveralls in white. This garment is appropriate for general industrial use and is not rated for hazardous material or chemical splash applications.
The 49123 coverall is suited for maintenance technicians, facilities workers, painters, and general industrial personnel who need reliable particle protection without the cost of reusable garments. Typical deployment includes assembly environments, light manufacturing, HVAC duct work, insulation handling, and janitorial or remediation tasks where ISO cleanroom classification is not required. Don the coverall over work clothing before entering a contaminated or dusty work area, ensuring the zipper is fully closed and elastic cuffs and ankle closures are seated properly. Inspect the garment for tears or compromised seams before each use. Discard after a single use or immediately upon visible contamination. This coverall does not provide protection against chemical splash, hazardous materials, or arc flash hazards.
