The KLEENGUARD 48976 is a disposable hooded coverall engineered for liquid and particle protection in surface prep, painting, and similar trade applications. Built from microporous film laminate, the coverall provides a water-resistant barrier without sacrificing breathability. The zipper front closure is water-resistant, and elastic wrists and ankles (EWA) create a secure seal to reduce particulate ingress. Sized at 3X-Large, this garment suits a wide range of workers needing full-body coverage. The serged seam construction adds durability through the work cycle. Each case contains 25 individually disposable coveralls, making job-site distribution straightforward for crew leads and safety coordinators.
These coveralls are suited for residential and commercial paint prep, spray finishing, light remediation, and general maintenance tasks where liquid splash and airborne particle exposure is a concern. They are appropriate for painters, HVAC technicians doing duct or insulation work, plumbers working in dusty or contaminated environments, and facilities maintenance crews. The hooded design provides head and neck coverage during overhead work. They are classified as non-hazardous protection level and are not intended for chemical splash or hazardous material response scenarios.
Designed for use as a disposable full-body protective coverall in surface prep, painting, light maintenance, and particle-exposure environments where non-hazardous liquid and particle protection is required. Part of the KLEENGUARD A45 series.
Inspect each coverall for tears or defects before donning. Power down or de-energize equipment in the work area before putting on or removing the garment in environments with electrical hazards. Follow your facility or jobsite PPE program for proper donning, doffing, and disposal procedures. These are single-use garments and must be disposed of after each use in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.
