The KIPP K0647.25120A3X40 is an adjustable cam lever clamping handle with a threaded stud mount, manufactured from AISI 316 and AISI 303 stainless steel. The handle arm spans 4.252 inches in length and pivots through a variable arc, allowing the operator to set clamping force and lever position to suit the application. The hub diameter measures 1.06 inches and the stud length is 1.5748 inches on a 5/16-18 thread. The electrolytic-polished stainless finish delivers corrosion resistance appropriate for washdown, marine, or food-adjacent environments. This handle is installed by machine builders, maintenance technicians, and industrial assembly personnel wherever repeatable hand-tightening is needed without tooling.
This adjustable clamping handle suits light to medium-duty clamping and adjustment tasks on machine fixtures, enclosures, jigs, and equipment panels. The threaded stud mounts directly into a tapped hole. The cam lever design allows the operator to lock the handle position at a chosen angle, making it practical for installations where clearance around the fastener is limited. The stainless steel construction and REACH and RoHS compliance make it suitable for regulated manufacturing environments as well as general industrial use.
Designed as a direct threaded-stud clamping handle for machinery, fixtures, enclosures, and equipment panels that use a 5/16-18 tapped hole mount. Verify thread engagement depth against the 1.5748-inch stud length before installation.
Installation requires a tapped 5/16-18 hole at the mounting location; confirm thread depth is sufficient for the 1.5748-inch stud before assembly. Disengage or lock out the equipment being secured before installing or adjusting the handle. No special tooling is required for hand installation, but a wrench may be used on the stud flats if present to prevent rotation during tightening. Inspect the cam pivot and thrust washer periodically in high-cycle applications to confirm smooth operation.
