The KIPP K0647.2512010X25 is an adjustable cam lever clamping handle with a threaded stud mount, designed for secure, tool-free clamping in industrial and mechanical assembly applications. The handle features a stainless steel stud and body with an M10 x 1.50 thread and a 0.99-inch stud length. The hub diameter measures 1.06 inches and the handle extends 4.25 inches in length, providing solid leverage for frequent adjust-and-lock operations. The electrolytically polished handle arm pairs with a fiberglass reinforced plastic thrust washer and stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance and long service life. Machinists, fabricators, and equipment technicians install this type of handle on fixtures, jigs, guards, and adjustable machine components.
This adjustable clamping handle is suited for light industrial machinery, fabrication fixtures, enclosures, and similar applications requiring repeatable manual clamping without tools. The variable-angle handle arm accommodates a range of clamping positions. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for environments where corrosion resistance is required, such as food processing equipment, washdown areas, or marine-adjacent applications. Both the stud and handle arm are rated REACH and RoHS compliant, supporting use in regulated manufacturing environments.
Designed as a direct-mount replacement or new-install clamping handle for equipment accepting an M10 x 1.50 threaded stud connection. Suitable for fixtures, jigs, guards, and adjustable assemblies requiring a threaded stud cam lever handle.
Installation is performed by threading the stud into a prepared M10 x 1.50 tapped hole in the target assembly. Ensure the mating thread is clean and free of debris before installation. De-energize and lock out any machinery before servicing or replacing clamping hardware on powered equipment. Standard hand tools are sufficient for installation; do not over-torque the stud into the receiving thread.
