The KIPP K0645.25120A3 is an adjustable cam lever clamping handle built for industrial and mechanical fastening applications where secure, tool-free clamping is required. It features a 5/16-18 threaded hole mount, an electropolished stainless steel handle arm measuring 4.252 inches in length, and a hub diameter of 0.94 inches. The handle body diameter is 1.067 inches and the body height is 1.122 inches. Handle material is AISI 316 and AISI 303 stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant and suitable for demanding environments. The cam lever arm rotates at a variable angle, allowing the clamping position to be adjusted without removing the handle from its mounting stud.
This clamping handle is suited for use on machine fixtures, jigs, enclosures, and equipment panels where repeated manual clamping and releasing is part of normal operation. It is commonly used in manufacturing, automation, food processing, and general industrial assembly environments. The electropolished finish supports use in cleanroom-adjacent or washdown-tolerant settings. Maintenance technicians and machine builders install this type of handle during fabrication or as a direct field replacement on existing threaded stud mountings.
Designed for use on any 5/16-18 threaded stud or bolt where an adjustable cam lever clamping handle is required. Fits standard threaded hole mount configurations common in industrial fixtures and machine assemblies.
This handle is installed by threading it onto a 5/16-18 stud or threaded post. No special tools are required for mounting, though a wrench may be used to set initial engagement depth. Ensure the mating stud length does not exceed the 0.709 inch threaded hole depth to avoid bottoming out. Verify that the cam lever action is free and unobstructed through its full range of rotation before returning the equipment to service.
