The KIPP K0124.2A3X25 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle made from stainless steel for use in industrial positioning, fixturing, and machine adjustment applications. The handle features a 5/16-18 threaded stud with a stud length of 0.98 inches and an overall handle length of 2.56 inches. The arm is set at a 20-degree angle using a modern design profile, and the electrolytically polished finish gives it a bright, corrosion-resistant surface. Fabricated from AISI 316 and AISI 303 stainless steel throughout, this handle is suited for environments where cleanliness, chemical resistance, or moisture exposure is a concern. Machinists, equipment assemblers, and maintenance technicians are the typical installers.
This adjustable clamping handle is designed for use on machine tools, jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and industrial equipment requiring hand-adjustable fastening without tools. The threaded stud mount allows direct installation into tapped holes. The compact hub diameter of 0.73 inches and base diameter of 0.53 inches make it suitable for installations with limited clearance. The all-stainless construction makes it appropriate for food processing, pharmaceutical, marine, and other corrosion-sensitive environments where standard carbon steel hardware is not acceptable.
Designed as a direct threaded stud replacement or upgrade handle for industrial fixtures, machine tools, and equipment panels with a 5/16-18 tapped hole mounting interface.
Installation is performed by threading the stud directly into a prepared 5/16-18 tapped hole by hand or with a standard wrench on the stud flats. Ensure the mating thread is clean and free of debris before installation. De-energize or lock out any machine or equipment before servicing or replacing clamping hardware per applicable facility lockout/tagout procedures. Do not over-torque the stud into soft or thin-wall materials without verifying thread engagement depth.
