The KIPP K0123.2A31X40 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for secure, tool-free fastening in industrial and mechanical applications. The handle body is die cast zinc with a satin finish and features a modern-design arm angled at 20 degrees for ergonomic positioning. The steel stud carries a 5/16-18 thread and extends 1.57 inches for reliable engagement with mating hardware. Overall handle length is 2.56 inches with an overall height of 1.79 inches. Installed by machinists, maintenance technicians, and equipment assemblers where repeatable hand-tightened clamping is required.
This adjustable clamping handle is suited for jigs, fixtures, machine guards, enclosures, and similar equipment where frequent manual adjustment is needed without tools. The 5/16-18 threaded stud allows direct installation into standard tapped holes. The black oxide finish on steel components and black color on the zinc body provide a consistent appearance and basic corrosion resistance for indoor industrial environments. Hub diameter is 0.73 inches and base diameter is 0.53 inches, making this a compact-footprint handle appropriate for space-constrained panel or frame mounting.
Designed as an OEM-style or aftermarket replacement adjustable clamping handle for equipment and fixtures using a standard 5/16-18 threaded stud mount.
Installation requires a tapped 5/16-18 hole in the mating component. Thread the stud in by hand and tighten to the required clamping load. Avoid over-torquing the zinc handle body, as excessive force can damage the material. Confirm the mounting surface is clean and free of debris before installation to ensure full thread engagement.
