The KIPP K0122.4A41X50 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for use in industrial clamping, fixturing, and machine tool applications. The handle features a die cast zinc body with a satin finish and a steel threaded stud in a 3/8-16 thread size. It spans 3.74 inches in handle length with an overall height of 2.66 inches, making it a compact yet sturdy hand-operated fastening component. The 20-degree arm angle and modern arm style provide comfortable grip and efficient torque transfer during repeated manual adjustments. Installation and removal require no tools, making this handle a practical choice for quick-release and frequently adjusted clamping setups. Machinists, toolmakers, and industrial equipment technicians are the primary installers.
This clamping handle is suited for use on jigs, fixtures, machine tables, and industrial equipment where hand-tightened clamping is required. The threaded stud mount style allows direct installation into tapped holes or onto threaded fastener assemblies. The 1.97-inch stud length accommodates standard clamping stack heights in typical fixture builds. The black oxide finish on steel components and satin finish on the zinc handle body provide corrosion resistance appropriate for light industrial environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for industrial fixtures, jigs, and machine tool assemblies using a 3/8-16 threaded stud clamping handle.
Installation is performed by hand or with a wrench on the stud flats into any tapped 3/8-16 hole. Disengage or power down any clamped equipment before removing or repositioning the handle. Do not exceed the manual torque rating for die cast zinc handle bodies, as over-torquing can crack the hub. Follow applicable machine guarding and fixturing codes for the equipment being serviced.
