The KIPP K0122.2A31X45 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for tool-free tightening and repositioning in industrial and mechanical fixture applications. The handle body is die cast zinc with a satin finish and a modern-design arm that pivots up to 20 degrees, allowing the operator to reach the tightening position regardless of stud orientation. The steel stud measures 1.77 inches in length with a 5/16-18 thread and carries a black oxide finish. Hub diameter is 0.73 inches and overall handle length is 2.56 inches. This part is installed by machine builders, toolmakers, maintenance technicians, and production equipment assemblers.
This clamping handle is suited for use on jigs, fixtures, clamps, work-holding equipment, and general industrial machinery where frequent manual adjustment is needed. The adjustable arm style reduces knuckle interference in tight-clearance installations. Its compact profile and standard thread size make it a practical replacement or upgrade in both OEM and aftermarket equipment builds. The zinc body and steel hardware combination delivers adequate corrosion resistance for indoor shop environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for industrial jigs, fixtures, and work-holding equipment using 5/16-18 threaded mounting points.
Installation is performed by hand or with standard hand tools into a 5/16-18 threaded hole. Ensure the mating thread is clean and free of debris before installation. Do not overtighten the stud into aluminum or soft-material housings, as the steel stud may strip the bore. Verify the pivot arm swings freely and is not obstructed after final positioning.
