The KIPP K0117.1A21X40 is an adjustable clamping handle with a threaded stud mount, designed for secure manual clamping and positioning in industrial, mechanical, and trade equipment applications. The handle body is die cast zinc with a powder-coated black finish, while the stud and internal components are stainless steel with a black oxide coating. The 1/4-20 threaded stud extends 1.57 inches and the ball-end arm pivots at a 20-degree angle, allowing the operator to reposition the grip without removing the handle from the fastening point. At 0.08 pounds, it is a compact, lightweight fitting suited to frequent adjustment cycles.
This handle is used in light industrial machinery, jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and equipment panels where a tool-free clamping or locking mechanism is required. The 1/4-20 thread size is common across a wide range of machine tool and mechanical assembly applications. It is typically installed by machinists, mechanical technicians, or maintenance trades. The zinc die cast body meets DIN EN 12844 material specification standards.
Designed as a direct-fit threaded stud clamping handle for equipment, fixtures, jigs, and enclosures using a standard 1/4-20 threaded mount point.
Installation requires no special tools beyond standard hand tools for thread engagement. Ensure the mating threaded insert or boss is clean and free of debris before threading in the stud. Do not overtighten; clamping force should be applied by hand per the handle design intent. Verify thread engagement depth is sufficient for the application load before placing the assembly into service.
