The KIPP K0116.3A41X60 is a threaded stud adjustable clamping handle designed for secure, tool-free clamping applications on industrial machinery, fixtures, and equipment. The handle pivots on its stud to allow repositioning at a 20-degree arm angle, enabling the operator to swing clear of obstructions before tightening. The body is die cast zinc with a powder-coated black finish, and the stud and internal components are steel with a black oxide coating. The stud measures 2.36 inches in length on a 3/8-16 thread, making it a standard fit for a wide range of clamping assemblies. Installed by machine builders, maintenance technicians, and tooling fabricators.
This handle is suited for use on jigs, fixtures, machine guards, and adjustable stops in industrial and manufacturing environments. The ball-end arm style and adjustable pivot make it practical in tight spaces where a fixed handle would be difficult to operate. The 3/8-16 threaded stud mounts directly into a tapped hole or accepts a standard hex nut for through-hole mounting. The compact hub diameter of 0.83 inches keeps the footprint small on crowded fixture plates.
Designed as a standard threaded stud clamping handle for industrial fixtures, jigs, and machinery with 3/8-16 tapped mounting points.
Installation requires a tapped 3/8-16 hole or a through-hole with a mating nut. Ensure the mating thread depth is sufficient to fully engage the stud before applying clamping load. No special tools are required for hand-tightening applications; a wrench may be used on the stud flats if torque retention is critical. Verify the pivot arm swings freely through its range of motion after installation to confirm clearance.
