The KIPP K0006.25011A4X30 is an adjustable cam lever clamping handle designed for secure, tool-free clamping in industrial and mechanical assembly applications. The handle features a threaded stud mount with a 3/8-16 thread and a 1.18-inch stud length, allowing it to engage and lock workpieces or machine components with a simple lever action. The cast aluminum handle body is powder coated black, while the stud, thrust washer, and hinge pin are steel with passivated, powder coated, and bright finishes respectively. Variable arm angle adjustment gives technicians flexible positioning across a range of clamping scenarios.
This clamping handle is suited for use in machine tool setups, fixtures, jigs, and industrial equipment where frequent manual adjustments are required. The modern-design handle arm and cam lever mechanism make it appropriate for production floor environments, maintenance operations, and precision assembly stations. It installs quickly without specialized tools and is commonly specified by mechanical engineers and equipment assemblers on both light industrial and commercial machinery.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit clamping handle for industrial fixtures, jigs, and machine tool assemblies using a 3/8-16 threaded stud interface.
Installation is performed by threading the stud directly into a prepared 3/8-16 tapped hole on the target fixture or machine component. Ensure the mating thread is clean and free of debris before installation. Disengage the cam lever and verify arm angle adjustment before applying final clamping load. Follow applicable machine safety and lockout/tagout procedures before servicing any equipment this handle is mounted to.
