The KILLARK ENY-3TM is a hub-type explosionproof conduit sealing fitting designed for use in classified hazardous locations. It accepts 1-inch trade size conduit and provides both male and female connection types. The fitting is constructed from Duraloy iron with an electrozinc chromate sealant that is electrostatically applied and powder coated for corrosion resistance. Its primary function is to minimize the passage of gases and vapors through the conduit system and to prevent flame propagation from one electrical installation to another. Licensed electricians working in industrial, petrochemical, grain handling, and similar hazardous environments install this fitting as part of a compliant raceway seal system.

This fitting is rated for Class I Division 1 and 2 Group A, B, C, and D locations as well as Class I Zone 1 Group IIA, IIB, and IIC.
