Kidde 20SDR is a battery-operated photoelectric smoke alarm that uses two AA batteries and enhanced photoelectric sensing to detect smoke while reducing nuisance alarms from cooking or steam. It provides an 85 dB audio alarm and visual LED indications, signals smoke with three long beeps synchronized with a red LED, and includes a test/hush button and twist-and-click mounting bracket for tool-free installation.
