The KEO 932-000-105 is a single-end corner rounding end mill designed to machine precise convex radii on workpiece edges. Built from high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, it features 4 straight flutes and a right-hand cutting direction. The mill produces a 1/2-inch corner radius with a controlled radius tolerance of plus or minus 0.001 inches, making it suitable for applications that require consistent, repeatable edge profiles. The 1-1/2-inch mill diameter and 3/4-inch shank diameter make this a substantial tool suited for horizontal and vertical milling machines in production and job shop environments. Machinists and toolroom operators are the primary users of this type of cutter.
This corner rounding end mill is well matched to milling operations on a range of workpiece materials, including hardened and non-hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, aluminum and non-ferrous metals, and some non-metallic materials, as indicated by the primary workpiece material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. It is appropriate for both manual and CNC milling setups where edge-breaking or full-radius profiling is required. The single-end design means the cutter can be resharpened and returned to service, which is a practical consideration for high-volume shops managing tooling costs.
Designed for use with standard milling machine spindles and tool holders that accept a 3/4-inch shank diameter. Suitable for machining hardened and non-hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, high-temperature alloys, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and non-metallic materials (material codes H, K, M, N, P, S).
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist. Secure the 3/4-inch shank firmly in a collet or end mill holder rated for the shank size before operation. Verify spindle rotation direction matches the right-hand cutting specification of this tool before powering the machine. Inspect the cutting edges and shank for damage before each use, and never run the cutter beyond its rated capacity for the workpiece material.
