The KEO 907-000-069 is a combination drill and countersink designed for precise pilot drilling and countersinking in a single operation. Built from cobalt high-speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this tool handles harder workpiece materials where standard high-speed steel loses its edge. The body diameter measures 3/16 inches, the drill point diameter is 5/64 inches, and the overall length is 4 inches. The 118-degree drill point angle and 60-degree included angle on the countersink are standard geometry for most countersunk fastener applications. Right-hand cutting direction with a plain cutting edge and double end style rounds out a straightforward, production-ready tool profile.
This combination drill countersink suits metalworking and fabrication environments where countersunk holes for flat-head fasteners are required. The long-length design at 4 inches OAL gives access to deeper setups or fixture work. It is appropriate for use in manual drill presses, CNC machining centers, and turret lathes. Trade size 2 places it in the lighter end of the range, making it well suited for smaller fastener countersinks in steel, stainless, and other ferrous or harder alloy workpieces where cobalt tooling is specified.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-use combination drill countersink for metalworking applications requiring trade size 2 with a 3/16 inch body diameter and 118-degree drill point geometry.
Installation and use of this tool should be performed by qualified machinists or metalworking professionals familiar with cutting tool setup and safe operating procedures. Secure the tool firmly in the appropriate collet, chuck, or toolholder before powering the machine. Verify spindle speed and feed rate are appropriate for the workpiece material and tool diameter before beginning the cut. Inspect both cutting ends for wear or chipping before each use, and never exceed the tool's rated capacity for the material being drilled.
